Who'd ha' thunk it!<br /><br />The answer is that I didn't write most of it. I only put it together. For most of it, I had to rely on the works of scores of other excellent social scientists and the oral history of countless ancestors. A book that is a basic biography of man, the work that Marx and Freud wanted to write, the most ground breaking and historically important nonfiction work ever published could not have been created otherwise.
